Here’s a relatively small Kindle ebook I released over the holidays, just in time for New Year’s resolutions:
My qualifications? Not a one. Save for the fact that I smoked a pack-a-day of the strong stuff (Marlboro Reds mostly) for over 25 years. And despite that, quitting the smokes a few years ago wasn’t as difficult as I thought it would be.
And I didn’t do any of that “quit cold turkey and just tough it out” stuff. Are you kidding me? No, I put my head to the task and got through it with as little personal hassle as I guess is possible. No “distress.” And quite easily and relatively quickly too.
Worth a quick read if you’re quitting (or know someone who is), yes? I thought so.
